Doesn't work as well as you'd hope. Buddy had one and we tried using it durning a recovery. We ended up just using hilifts because you couldn't keep the funnel on the exhaust. He hasn't used it since.

Where can I get one?

Want, but only if i could connect it to a 12v compressor instead of the exhaust.

I would not want that kind of back pressure on my engine, the valves are going to get incredibly hot even at idle used in this manner.

User error! I kid...
Did it lift well, tailpipe mating problems aside?

This seems like a terrible idea on so many levels.
Like the level where you are underneath and your buddy decides to shut the car off for your safety...

Not even a little bit.

but you actually have enough amps to power a compressor powerful enough to lift a car? Also that balloon will pop and you'll lose an arm.

It is real Mr Clarkson tried to use it on Top Gear a few seasons ago.

Not only are those idiot contraptions real, trucks use a similar system to unload asphalt as well.
